Fast Dispatch

We know fast turnaround matters. That's why we aim to dispatch all DTF print orders within 24 hours.

Need it sooner? Orders placed before 9:00 AM may be dispatched the same business day, subject to our daily production capacity. While we do our best to offer same-day dispatch whenever possible, it cannot be guaranteed.

For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can meet your required timeframe.

1. 58 cm wide up to max 250 cm length dimension per gang sheet. You can upload multiple gang sheets. Minimum 50 cm length required to proceed to checkout.
   
2. 300 dpi image if possible. Our Gang sheet builder will automatically adjust your image to 300 dpi. Upload in RGB mode.
   
3. Make sure you remove the background of your images. Not doing so can delay the processing of your dtf prints.
   
4. Avoid semitransparent or smokey images. 50% less semitransparent or smokey effects are not read by our printer and will not be printed.
   
5. Refrain from using thin line images that are less than 1mm as they will not be printed.
   
6. Chatgpt and images with low resolution can cause pixelated or blurry images. We will print them as is. Please contact us if you need to sharpen your image quality through Vectorisation (priced from $15 per image for standard images).
   

1. Cut out the confidence strip on the side of the film.
2. Place the transfer on the garment and heat press at 145 degrees for 15 seconds
3. Let it cool down for 15 seconds and peel carefully. (warm peel)
4. Second press after peeling with a piece of parchment paper or cotton shirt on top of it for 10 seconds.
   

1. Gentle Machine wash for t shirts and apparel. 2. Do not Tumble dry.
3. Do not iron on prints.

➡️T shirts and apparel: wait 24 hours post press before washing.
➡️Some Fabrics that are not preshrunk: They have tendency to shrink after wash and a higher chance the image will peel off. Examples are Calico fabrics
