Items Not Eligible for Return or Reprint
Please contact us first if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make things right for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Returns and Reprints:
As all DTF transfers are custom printed, we cannot offer returns or free reprints for the following:
- Colour variations caused by artwork or print files supplied by the customer.
- Pixelated or low-quality prints resulting from low-resolution artwork submitted by the customer.
- Spelling, grammar, design, or layout errors contained in artwork provided or approved by the customer.
- White outlines (halos) caused by semi-transparent pixels or improperly prepared artwork.
- Gang sheets containing overlaps, ghost images, or other artwork issues that were submitted or approved by the customer before printing.
- Damage caused during application, including incorrect heat press settings, pressure, temperature, or peeling technique.
- Change of Mind.
- Damage, delay and loss caused by shipping carriers. We highly advise to purchase a shipping insurance at checkout.
Any approved return or reprint request must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
